I may sound combative and irreverent at times, but I am no iconoclast.

I hope that the readers will view this work with empathy and understanding.

After all, it took me all of twenty years to be able to gather the proper time and historical perspective to reply to accusations of impropriety in governance and conduct leveled at me personally and the PNOC family.
