Herminia Menez, Ph.D. in Folklore and Folklife from the University of Pennsylavania, was Professor of American Multicultural Studies at the California State University, Sonoma, and taught "Philippine Folklore and Society." Dr. Menez is currently working on two book projects, "Windsongs: Indigenous Poetry of the Philippines", and "Folklore Communication Among Filipinos in California."
