ANTONIO F. MORENO, SJ, obtained his M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Sussex in 1999, and his Ph.D. in Development Studies from the University of Wales Swansea in 2003. He is University Vice President for Social Development and Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, and President-elect of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Zamboanga City.
