Dayan is a clinical psychologist who finished her Ph.D. in Philippine Culture and Society at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is in private practice and is also Associate Professorial Lecturer of Counseling Psychology at De La Salle University. Allen L. Tan is a social psychologist who completed his Ph.D. in Psychology at Cornell University. He is Professorial Lecturer of Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University. All there are Fellows of Psychological Association of the Philippines.
