Philippine Folk Songs: Piano Duets (Four Hands) was designed for intermediate piano students.

Playing piano duets develops the student's sensitivity to the sound produced by the other player as well as the attitude of creating music as a duo. Both players will eventually achieve unanimity of playing style and give the piece its proper interpretation and expression, resulting in the perfect blending of notes.

Aside from learning the technicalities of playing duets, the students will be able to appreciate and familiarize themselves with the beautiful melodies of Philippine fold songs which are part of the nation's rich cultural heritage.
