Estrella Alfon: Her Life in Her Own Words is a full account of Estrella D. Alfon's life narrated in her own words, adapted by Edna Zapanta Manlapaz from the author's short stories, plays, essays, and recorded interviews. This "virtual autobigraphy" is accompanied by the play Star, a collage of the autobiographical writings of Alfon cast in Dramatic form. Except for a few sentences necessary to effect the continuity of dramatic unfolding , all the words in the play are Alfon's own.
