What we need to do is to establish that you are the card holder. Unlike ordering a tangible item which is physically sent to you,
eloads are not even traceable because prepaid SIMS are not registered. This also means that anybody who has copied your credit card info can purchase eloads without your knowledge since no item is physically sent to your billing address. And incredible as it may seem, there are websites which post stolen credit card info. This registration procedure is for our mutual protection.
