PRODUCTS AND PRICES

KabayanCentral.com mainly sells products made in or about the Philippines, including:

books printed by Philippine publishing houses
music CDs by Filipino talents and with Philippine labels.
other products from Filipino suppliers in the Philippine.

All prices quoted here are in US currency.

PAYMENT METHODS

KabayanCentral.com currently accepts payments by credit card and via Paypal (sorry, Paypal currently not available):

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Your card will be charged ONLY after your order is shipped.
We are an affiliate of PAYPAL (sorry, Paypal currently not available) and can accept remittances thru them.

BACK ORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITEMS)

Back ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we notify you via e-mail and ship it to you promptly upon confirmation.

You will not be charged for a backordered item until it is shipped. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, and we will delete the item from your total order cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation is applicable only if we receive your notification BEFORE we ship your order. We charge your credit card when the item is shipped; therefore, no charge adjustment is necessary upon cancellation.
If the order has already been sent, cancellation is not possible anymore but you can still RETURN the order (please see next section.)

RETURNS/REFUNDS

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full credit/refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Postage/delivery charge for the return will be paid for by the customer.

To make a return, send us an e-mail stating items to be returned. In your e-mail, please be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed. Processing will start upon receipt of the returned items.
