SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates depend on three factors:
- Destination
- Shipping Type
- Items to be shipped
DESTINATIONS
We ship orders to almost any address in the world. Orders are shipped directly from the Philippines to your desired delivery address.
Our shipping destinations are divided into four regions :
Includes all populated areas in the Philippines.
Includes Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East. Pacific Islands
Includes US, Canada, Mexico and most of Europe
Africa and the rest of the world
Includes Africa, South America, Central America, Caribbean, Bahamas, East Block Countries
SHIPPING TYPE
For orders to be delivered to the Philippines, we offer Express Shipping which is a door-to-door delivery service, with shipping time of five(5) to eight(8) days.
For orders to other countries, we offer the following:
- Air Mail
Travels by air to destination country, then via local postal system. This usually takes 15 to 21 days. - Air Courier
Door to door delivery by courier. This usually takes 5 to 8 days.
DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time includes "packing time" and "Shipping time"
where :
"packing time" is the number of days needed to prepare and pack orders
"shipping time" is the number of days needed to ship your order, depending on the shipping type you choose and assuming no delays from your country's Customs.
Unless specified, packing time is usually four days. For products needing longer "packing time", the site specify in the product feature.
Example,
A book has a packing time of 4 days, If you choose Air Courier, your shipping time will be five to eight business days. This means your total delivery time will be 4 days (for packing) plus five to eight business days (for shipping time). So you can expect to receive this items at your front door nine(9) to twelve(12) business days after you place your order.
For items with different "packing times", the longest packing time will be followed, meaning, we may wait for the last item before we ship out the order.
For Express and Air Courier deliveries, KabayanCentral.com offers same delivery guarantees as provided by the courier used.
For Air Mail, KabayanCentral.com does not guarantee on-time delivery as performance of local postal system varies from country to country. Tracking is also not possible for regular air mail deliveries.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Additional expenses may be incurred due to import duties that may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Since KabayanCentral.com cannot control or predict such duties, these charges must be borne by the recipient. Contact your local customs office or express courier company for further information.
For customs and duties purposes, KabayanCentral.com will provide you with a list in a form accompanying your order the commercial value of your order's contents by product type upon your request. For instance, orders containing both CDs and books will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Books value: $ 45.40 CDs value: $ 63.00
RESTRICTIONS
Due to varying laws governing internation trade, additional restrictions may apply to certain items for delivery to certain countries.
For example:
- cigars can not be delivered to some predominantly Muslim countries
- T-shirts may be delivered only in small quantities ( three pieces or less ) to some countries like the United States due to export quotas.
