Tagalog Movie
A critically acclaimed portrayal of the lives of child laborers who fish to survive.
Fredo finances a fishing expedition to meet his goal of bringing home 300 drums of fish before Christmas.
For this he has commissioned 200 children to carry out the muro-ami method of fishing which is pounding and sometimes crushing corals to scare the fishes and drive them into the nets.
Fredo's greed drives him to increase his quota to 500 drums despite his father's forewarning that he should not abuse the abundance of the sea.
Because Fredo is stubborn and refuses to heed his father's advice, he had to experience the wrath of the sea...
