Temptation Island a story of four young ladies from different walks of life and each for their own various reasons, enlist in fictional "Ms. Manila Sunshine Supermodel Search".

The first of which is Virginia P., a college student who entered the contest in order to gain independence from her family.

Secondly is a spoiled, rich socialite Serafina L., whose every whim is attended by her maid Nympha.

Thirdly, Pura K., who is a social climber who decided to join the contest out of her frustrations over her current situation.

Lastly rounding up the group is Cristina G., a con-artist who plans to rig the contest by using her boyfriend and her boyfriend's sexuality to influence the judges decision in favoring her.

Later on, the four ladies became the finalists of the competition and for a month, they will be observed by the board of judges starting with a yachting cruise.

But as fate would have it, a fire breaks out the yacht and cause panic to everyone onboard.

The four lovely ladies end up in a Desert Island devoid of potable water, food and shelter.

Five other also share their misfortune to be as castaways.

Joshua the gay pageant coordinator of the supermodel search with his current flame Ricardo.

Also with them is stowaway Alfred which is an ardent admirer of Virginia.

Umberto a hunky cruise ship waiter and Nympha, the loyal maid of Serafina.

The castaways get throw away their petty quarrels, biases, material riches and even throw their panties just to survive the horrendous ordeal.
