She was known as the widow in yellow, the symbol of People Power and the Philippines first female president.

But more than anything else, Cory Aquino was a simple housewife, who shared her husband's dream of a free and peaceful life.

Paalam, Maraming Salamat President Cory

The original soundtrack of the tribute "Huling Paalam" for beloved President Corazon Aquino last August 5, 2009 at the Manila Cathedral.

Singer Jose Mari Chan sang the poem Ninoy Aquino made for Cory, "I Have Fallen In Love," as Aquino's casket was carried outside the Cathedral. Piolo Pascua sang "Sa Iyo Lamang" (For You, Especially) while Erick Santos sang "The Lord's Prayer." "The Impossible Dream" by Jed Madela; "Pangako (Promise)" by Ogie Alcasid. Martin Nievera and Regine Velasquez performed a duet of "The Prayer."

Sarah Geronimo sang a heart-moving rendition of the People Power Revolution anthem "Magkaisa" ("Unite")followed by "Your Heart Today" by Dulce. Lea Salonga sang "Bayan Ko" (My Country). All the artists later joined the Apo Hiking Society in singing another People Power song "Handog ng Pilipino Sa Mundo" ("The Filipinos' Offering to the World"). The Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra played the background music.
