A young feisty and daring police reporter, Angie (Angel Locsin) takes the responsibility of adopting her yaya's only daughter, Gelay (Eunice Lagusad) when the nanny met a tragic accident and died.
Despite their bickerings, she has learned the value of unconditional love.
A terminally-ill ex-convict, Luben (Marvin Agustin) finally comes home and confront his bitter past and the presence of his dead wife's son by a rapist who happened to be Marvin's close friend - the same guy he killed and eventually got him in jail.
His indifference towards the boy, Angelo (Nash Aguas) is met with the boy's kindness and gentleness.
Vivian (Jennylyn Mercado) and Jude (Patrick Garcia) belong to two entirely different worlds--she is a rough band soloist/rocker while he is a rich well-bred boy who has grown accustomed to listening to good, classical music.
An Angel (Ella Cruz) needs to get her star by matchmaking this odd couple.
