Just how far Budong is willing to go to make his mother, Pacita, happy is put to a test when Budong encounters the ghost of his supposed brother Inggo, who demands Budong to give up the life of his best friend Jomar so that he will live again and be reunited with their mother.
But this concern is suddenly put aside as more urgent matters arise when the Prince of Darkness sends a gargantuan bubblegum monster that almost kills Budong's childhood sweetheart Maya and later on teams up with a shapeshifter to spread evil once again.
