Honeymoon for newlyweds Noel (Piolo Pascual) and Melanie (Claudine Barretto) comes to a painfully abrupt conclusion as Melanie turns from blissful bride and expectant mother to convicted murderer.
Though hope seems a remote possibility with Melanie behind bars for good, Noel and Melanie hold on to their intense love and to the promise of a new life through the child inside Melanie's womb. Meanwhile, Ronald's (Bobby Andrewss) real killer, Cynthia (Jodi Sta Maria) runs free but is discontent with the agony she has brought upon the couple.
In her frustration to have a child of her own, the nefarious Cynthia plots the unthinkable.
