Bea (Nora Aunor) is a brilliant architect on the road to becoming one of the best in her field.
But her professional success does not sit well with Ricky, her husband, who conceals his deep insecurity and asserts his being a macho by philandering.
Aside from his boorish spouse, Bea worries about Alexis (Judy Ann Santos), her confused teen-aged daughter who is about to cross the line that seperates her from adulthood.
And to make matters ever more complicated, Adora, (Nida Blanca) Bea's widowed mother, is about to face her twilight years alone.
These three women who are seperated by age but connected by fate and blood to go through life's ups and downs together.
