DAPAT KA BANG MAHALIN?--- Sharon and Gabby portrayed teen-agers who eloped and got married against the advice of everybody. Troubles emerged after the honeymoon when Gabby could not settle down to being a married man and Sharon was faced with sudden realization that she was already a wife and a mother with a philandering husband. Eventually, they separated. However, true love won in the end as they were reconciled after Gabby realized that because of his iresponsibility, he had placed the life of his family in danger.
BAKIT IKAW PA RIN ?--- The couple play newlyweds Paul and Jenny who elope at thge tender age of 17. As expected, both had to adjust to a different lifestyle and tolerate each other's quirks. But despite these hardships, they manage to triumph over their difficulties. Paul becomes a real estate broker while Jenny runs a succesful restaurant. It is when they become rich that trouble starts. Paul's family meddles in their married life and expects Paul to be at their beck and call. Jenny also has to contend with a liberated mother who advocates a radical lifestyle. Things eventually takes its toll as Paul's sister Sylvia (Cherrie Gil) schemes to separate them. Jenny is no pushover either and the two clash head-on. When the situation becomes intolerable, who will Paul side with? Will his loyalty to his family overshadow his love for his wife? What will it take for Paul and Jenny to realize they are really meant for each other.
