KabayanCentral.com sells GENUINE and AUTHENTIC products made in or about the Philippines, including:
books printed by Philippine-based publishing houses
music CDs, karaoke cds, educational videos, documentary videos and movies by Filipino talents and with Philippine labels.
other products (handicrafts, shirts, bags, souvenir items, etc) from Philippine-based suppliers.
All prices quoted here are in US currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. IMPORTANT: Credit card billing charges will be under "SWEETSCEN";

BACK ORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITEMS)
Back ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the distributors or manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we notify you via e-mail and ship it to you promptly at no extra charge.
If for any reason we determine that a back ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you by e-mail, and we will deduct the item from your total order cost when we charge your card.
Cancellation is applicable only if we receive your notification BEFORE we ship your order.
If the order has already been sent, cancellation is not possible anymore but you can still RETURN the order (please see next section.)
You have 45 calendar days to return an item for whatever reason from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original product packaging.
To make a return, FIRST, send us an e-mail stating items to be returned. In your e-mail, please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Returned items should be sent to the address below:

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment. This means if your returned parcel is lost or damaged, we can't give you a refund but you should be able to claim reinbursement from the shipper you used.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your order because we have paid it out already to the shipper.
For items with zero shipping & handling charge, 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or your Paypal account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
To follow-up on the status of your return, please email us at "email@example.com" with the Subject Heading "KABAYANCENTRAL REFUND"
After confirming with the shipper or postal service that a parcel was lost during transit, KabayanCentral.com will send you a replacement at NO extra charge.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to an item during transport or delivery, contact us immediately at"firstname.lastname@example.org" with the Subject Heading "KABAYANCENTRAL DAMAGED ITEM" Please attached pictures of the damaged item too.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order, or requesting service only to complete that order or service. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order/service.
